At Lifesaver CPR Training, LLC (“we,” “us,” “our”), we respect your privacy. This policy describes what information we collect, how we use it, the parties to whom it is disclosed and how, and the safeguards we use to protect it.
Data We Collect
- Contact & booking info (name, email, phone, organization, class choices, scheduling).
- Billing (processed by Stripe—no card storage on our servers).
- Certification details (course, date, completion status) for Red Cross issuance.
- Basic site analytics and device data.
Use & Disclosure
- Provide classes, support, and certificates; process payments/invoices; comply with law.
- Disclose to certification partners, Stripe/Zoho, hosting/email vendors, and as legally required—all over TLS/HTTPS.
Security, Retention & Rights
- TLS/HTTPS, least‑privilege access; vendor due diligence. No method is 100% secure.
- Keep data as needed for services/legal; then delete or anonymize.
- Contact hello@lifesaver-cpr-training.com for access/correction/deletion. We do not sell personal info (CCPA/CPRA note).
