1) Bookings & Payment
A 25% deposit of the total invoice is due to reserve dates; balance is due 24 hours prior to the in‑class date (unless otherwise stated). We accept card/ACH/check. Card payments may include standard processing fees. Public classes: seats are first‑come, first‑served and confirmed upon payment.
2) Rescheduling & Cancellations
Reschedule free with 72+ hours’ written notice. Cancel 7 or more days before class: full refund (less any processor fees). Cancel less than 7 days: deposit non‑refundable. No‑shows/late arrivals may not be accommodated.
3) Attendance & Certification
Certificates are typically issued within the same day of class completion. Certification requires full attendance and successful skills demonstration. We may require a retest or remediation at our discretion. Replacement e‑cards may incur a fee.
4) On‑Site Classes (Location & Access)
The host provides an adequate space, access to restrooms, and any required building access/parking instructions. We may decline or stop a class if conditions are unsafe or unsuitable.
5) Equipment Care & Property
Students must use equipment as instructed. Damage caused by misuse or negligence may be billed to the host organization. We are not responsible for loss or damage to personal property brought to class.
6) Health & Safety
Please do not attend if you are ill or have symptoms of a communicable disease. We may reschedule at our discretion. We reserve the right to remove disruptive or unsafe participants.
7) Liability
Training is educational and does not guarantee outcomes in real‑world emergencies. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the fees paid for the applicable class, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
8) Insurance & COI
We carry commercial general liability coverage. A certificate of insurance (COI) with standard endorsements is available upon request.
9) Mileage & Minimum Invoice (Private Groups)
Travel/mileage may apply for on‑site classes outside Fair Oaks and will be quoted in advance on the invoice. A minimum invoice may apply for private group bookings and will be stated in your quote.
